Made in, operated in Mexico by Red Tripartita de Servicios Digitales, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Made in”) and in the U.S. by R3D Tech LLC, with its address at Anillo Perif. 3720, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900 Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility as set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

1. What personal data do we collect?

Identification data: name, address, email, phone number, username. Tax and financial data: RFC, business name, tax address, bank or payment information. 2. What do we use your personal data for?

To create and manage your account on our digital platform.

3. Transfer of personal data

Red Tripartita de Servicios Digitales S.A.P.I. de C.V. (R3D), as the original entity, will transfer users’ personal data to Made in (the company’s trade name) as part of the rebranding process. This transfer is necessary to continue providing the contracted services under the company’s new name, in order to maintain the platform’s operation, quotes management, customer service, order processing, and other related services in both Mexico and the U.S.

Additionally, your personal data may be transferred to the following entities without requiring your consent:

Competent authorities when required by law.
Third-party service providers working with Made in for technological, logistical, financial, or commercial operations.
Companies within the same corporate group in Mexico and the U.S., for the same purposes described above.

For any other transfers not covered here, your prior consent will be requested.

4. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to enhance the user experience, analyze behavior, and deliver personalized content. You can configure your browser to reject them, although this may affect some site functionalities.

Relationship with Made in (client, provider, visitor, etc.).

The right you wish to exercise.
Official documentation proving your identity.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

We reserve the right to make changes to this notice. Any changes will be published on our website www.getmade.in/p and the date of the last update will be indicated.
